Welcome! Thank you for visiting our site and learning more about Courage & Wellness Therapy.  Our practice was created with a vision to help individuals find the inner strength to be more authentic and vulnerable in their lives. Our approach is based on many different frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. A larger part of our therapeutic process is through the Daring Way™ model, which is based on the research of Dr. Brene Brown. Our therapists are Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator-Candidates who explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. Please see the Daring Way Tab for more information. In order to best serve your needs, your therapist will complete an initial assessment at your first appointment before entering into the therapeutic relationship in order to individualize treatment to your needs.
